Problem Note 53198: The Load Content phase for SAS® Visual Analytics Services fails during a migration or upgrade-in-place

During a migration or upgrade-in-place of SAS® Visual Analytics, SAS Visual Analytics Services might fail to configure during the Load Content phase. The problem occurs if the SAS Visual Analytics middle-tier is split from or separate from another middle-tier within the same deployment.
The bisrvmid_loadContent_date-time.log shows the following:

Warning: Could not find file D:\sas_94\Lev1\Web\Common\login.config to copy.
To correct this issue, do the following:
- Do not exit out of the SAS® Deployment Wizard.
- Navigate to the /Lev1/Web/Common directory.
- Copy the /Lev1/Web/Common/login.config file from the middle-tier that does not contain SAS Visual Analytics to the /Lev1/Web/Common directory on the SAS Visual Analytics middle-tier where you received the configuration failure.
- Click Retry in the SAS Deployment Wizard.
This problem is fixed in SAS Visual Analytics 7.1.
